Returns & Refund Policy

At Qbito Nepal Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of digital products and services, our return and refund policies are outlined below.

1. Digital Products

For digital products such as:

  • Software licenses (e.g., Canva Pro, Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, WordPress plugins/themes)

  • Digital downloads

  • Online courses or LMS access

Refunds are generally not available once the product has been delivered or activated, as digital content cannot be returned.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of:

  • Technical errors preventing product use

  • Delivery mistakes or incorrect digital content

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase to be considered.

2. Custom Services

For services including:

  • Software development

  • Website & app development

  • Graphic & product design

  • Digital marketing campaigns

Refunds are not provided once work has commenced, as projects involve time, resources, and custom solutions.

Partial refunds or credits may be considered if:

  • The client cancels before project initiation

  • Specific service deliverables are not met according to agreed terms

All requests must be submitted in writing via email to qbitonepal@gmail.com.

3. Subscription Services

For subscriptions to any tools or services provided by Qbito Nepal:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

4. Request Process

To request a refund or return:

  1. Contact our support team at qbitonepal@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your order ID, purchase date, and reason for the request.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Exceptions & Considerations

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with digital content after it has been fully delivered.

  • Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Qbito Nepal.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the request does not meet policy criteria.
