Ltd. and NepNola, both digital solutions companies, have successfully completed a strategic merger. After this merger, all operations will continue under the name Qbito Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
The merger has been executed in accordance with a formal Merger & Shareholders Agreement. As part of this integration, all digital projects, software systems, intellectual property, goodwill, data, and human resources of NepNola have been fully absorbed into Qbito Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
